| ZapCode™ can be printed on any medium, such as newspapers, magazines, posters, flyers, T-shirts, etc. For reproduction, please follow the guidelines below. |

1) Terms of Use
ZapCode™ must be purchased from SPH and used only in Singapore . |
 |
2) Printing Material
The print surface must be smooth and matt. The ZapCode™ application, ColorCam™, may not be able to recognise codes printed on reflective surfaces. |

3) Specifications
ZapCode™ must be reproduced according to the specifications below. |

ZapCode™ consists of 2 parts – the code (the coloured portion) and the quiet zone (the white portion). |

For ColorCam™ to recognise the ZapCode™, both the quiet zone and the code must be reproduced according to the dimensions below. ZapCode™ will perform better if a border surrounding the quiet zone is included. |

| There are a few ways to store ZapCode™ into your mobile phone: |

 |
| 1) Bluetooth |
|
 |
| * Both your computer and mobile phone must support Bluetooth. |
 |
| Step 1: Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone and make sure that your phone is visible to other Bluetooth devices. |
|
 |
| Step 2: On your computer, activate the Bluetooth function and search for other Bluetooth devices. A list of devices will be shown. |
 |
| Step 3: Select your mobile phone to connect to it. You will be asked to provide a password to set up a secure link between your mobile phone and computer. When prompted, enter the same password on your mobile phone. |
 |
| Step 4: Upon successful connection, you will be able to access your mobile phone folders from your computer. Drag and drop the ZapCode™ image file(s) into your mobile phone memory card. Your ZapCode™ is now saved on your mobile phone. |

| 2) USB File Transfer |
 |
| * Your mobile phone must have an USB port, and your computer needs to be installed with the software from your mobile phone manufacturer to be able to use this function. |
 |
| Step 1: Connect your mobile phone to your computer using the USB cable provided by your mobile phone manufacturer. Your mobile phone memory card will be detected as a removable disk in Windows Explorer. |
 |
| Step 2: Drag and drop the ZapCode™ image file(s) into the folder. Your ZapCode™ is now saved on your mobile phone. |
 |
| 3) Infrared |
 |
| * Both your computer and mobile phone must support infrared. |
 |
| Step 1: Align your mobile phone and computer within one metre of each other, with the infrared ports pointing towards each other. |
 |
| Step 2: When the two devices are aligned properly, the infrared icon will appear on your computer taskbar. Click on the icon and a pop-up window will appear. |
 |
| Step 3: Locate and select the ZapCode™ image file(s) and click “Send”. After the file transfer is completed, your ZapCode™ will be saved on your mobile phone. |
