Q1. How do I use ZapCode™?

A. First, you need to download the ZapCode™ application, ColorCam™, via SMS or WAP. Please refer to the
' How do I download the ZapCode™ application, ColorCam™? ' instructions.
 
 
Q2. Is my mobile phone able to use the ZapCode™ application, ColorCam™?
A. Please check if you are using any of the mobile phones listed in the 'supported devices' list. Your mobile phone must have a camera and be WLAN/GPRS enabled in order to use this service.
 
 
Q3. What do I do after I have requested for ColorCam™?
A. Retrieve and open a confirmation SMS message. You will see a URL link. Click on the highlighted link and download ColorCam™.
